3rd  Eye Found!
Read all about it.
As of Feb 2, 2009, I found my 3rd eye!
I had been searching all over the world (both ancient and modern mysticism) for my third eye for years, but more intensely in recent days.
Hindu Third Eye
Buddhist Third Eye
Pineal Gland
...is the third eye
BUT, how do you activate it?
I just figured out how to activate it!

I will teach you how to activate the third eye!

Anyone can do it!

Pre-Information While both Egypt and Freemasonry have the all-seeing eye symbol, I'm not convinced that it has anything to do with the Third Eye.  I believe that the all-seeing eye represents the all-knowing-ness of some deity.  That's totally NOT what the third eye is all about.  The third eye is about remote viewing; i.e., seeing things that are far away.

Of all the ancient religions that I have studied, only the Hindu and Wicca religions had any concept of the third eye.

Buddhism is an offshoot of Hinduism, so... we know exactly where the idea came from, don't we?

I found a Taoist website that promotes the idea that a certain ritual can open one's so-called third eye to see ghosts.  But, that's not really the third eye.  That's using the natural eye to see ghosts and I can teach you how to see ghosts without any stupid ritual.

The third eye is used to see things far away in one's mind, most probably with the pineal gland (at least that's what many purport; and I believe them).  It differs from imagination, and the novice will have a difficult time distinguishing imagination from remote viewing.  BE WARNED.

Dis-information There is a lot of dis-information out there, because most people who put stuff on the web about the third eye have never used it.  Therefore, it is like the blind leading the blind (literally).

I have actually used it.  After years of searching and trying, I have finally unlocked the door to the third eye.

ON a side note:  I believe that the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil is actually the third eye.  Our creators placed cherubim to block our way to the third eye (which we all have).  In order to access the third eye, we must first remove the cherubim (which are not little, chubby, childlike, angelic beings with wings).  Our ancestors (represented by Adam & Eve) accessed the door to the tree of knowledge of good and evil (against the will of our makers), which gave us godlike powers to see all (which is why our makers didn't want us to access it).  We ALL have the all-seeing eye within us.  But, we have been genetically engineered to have a natural barricade blocking our access to the tree of knowledge (third, or all-seeing eye).

I will teach you how to remove the cherubim.

Step 1
Removing the Cherubim
by
Disciplining the Mind.
Removing the Cherubim

I have heard reports that certain plants can help one open the third eye; But, I am not convinced.  Hallucinogens produce hallucinations, not remote viewing.  Of course, I've never tried it, so I cannot give you an accurate report.  I will teach you how to remove the cherubim without any drugs.

The first step is to discipline the mind.  I've heard the analogy that our minds are like spoiled children.  I like that analogy.  When one first embarks on the quest to access & activate the third eye, one will find great resistance from the mind; because for the novice, the mind is totally undisciplined.  As soon as the novice closes his/her eyes, he/she will begin to see images.  Some of the images will be random; some will evolve into storylines.  This is imagination.  IMAGINATION is the CHERUBIM.  If one is to access the third eye, one must first gain control of his/her mind by removing the CHERUBIM.  I don't mean to discourage you, but this may take a while.  If you are under the impression that you can just follow these steps and use the third eye in one attempt, you will be sadly disappointed.  I'm not saying that it can't happen.  I'm just saying that it is highly unlikely to happen on the first attempt.  It will require an investment of time that most people are not willing to invest the time.  It all comes down to how motivated you are to access & activate your third eye.

The Hindus and Buddhists teach us how to discipline the mind.  You remove all thoughts and all imagination by focusing on your breathing.  I have found that it is not necessary to assume the typical sitting position.  I think that they do so, to prevent the meditator from falling asleep;  BUT, if you are well-rested, you can do it in any position.  I like to do it while laying on my back on my bed (when I'm not sleepy).  Buddhists and Hindus do Zen meditation with their eyes open, which is fine for disciplining the mind, but you will never access the third eye when your natural eyes are open.  I, therefore, close my eyes.  I first relax and remove all thoughts from my mind by focusing on my breathing (with the diaphragm, not the chest).  Once I have achieved complete darkness (no imagination), I can then proceed to step 2.

Step 2

Accessing the Third Eye:

The light shineth in the darkness, but the darkness comprehendeth it not.

This is what the third eye looks like!

It literally looks like an eye!

No sooner than I have eradicated all thoughts, and achieved complete darkness, I will inevitably seen lights.  Most of these lights are the rods and cones on the retina still "firing" (i.e., sending signals to the brain).  Those lights must be disregarded.  In fact, they will go away after a few minutes.  You must give the natural eyes time to "relax" and stop "firing".  Those lights are not THE LIGHT.

After lots and lots of practice, a holographic-like picture of an illuminated eye will appear.  The first time it appeared for me, I was thinking, "What the crap is that?"  I thought that it was a photo imagine of my own retina.  I tried to get rid of it.  I resisted it.  It wouldn't go away.  And yet, while it wouldn't go away, it did not show me anything.  (I think that it did not show me anything at that time because of my ignorance and resistance).  I later came to learn that it was my third eye.

I had accessed the third eye.  BUT, I had not activated it.  It was there... ready to be used, but I had no idea how to activate it, and that was partly because I didn't even recognize it for what it was/is.

Step 3

Activating the Third Eye

I learned entirely by accident how to activate the third eye.

One day, (and after many days of trying), I accidentally activated the third eye.  Here is how I did it.

I had been pondering upon the end of the world.  There have been many prophesies that the world may cease to exist as we now know it.  The Mayan 2012 end of cycle date was part of my thoughts.

Then, I went to bed, and before falling asleep, as I always do, I began to meditate.  I cleared my mind of all thoughts.  And as I did so, the third eye appeared.  And for the first time, there was a picture inside the "pupil" of the eye.

That literally freaked me out!

I jumped up.  "What the .... was that?"

It looked like an asteroid.  It was spinning, and it was moving towards me (earth) in the blackness of space.  I'm telling you, it really looked like an asteroid!

The point is that it seems that the third eye, will show us something related to what our mind had just previously been thinking about.

Step 4

Confirmation

The next step is to confirm your viewing.  Make sure that it is not a bunch of psychosomatic bull-crap.

What I did was I immediately consulted the WEB BOT PROJECT.

I mean, what am I going to do, call NASA?  Chances are they already know about it and aren't telling anyone.

I consulted WEB BOT, which is a computer program originally created in the 1990s to predict the stock market by sending out "web bots" to search the web for numerical and financial data.

After several years, and having little success with the financial markets, the designers noticed that the web bot was making linguistic predictions (as opposed to numerical/financial ones).

WEB BOT TRACK RECORD

The WEB BOT accurately predicted 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina (It didn't reveal the exact locations, but it knew both events would happen on American soil).  It has also predicted earthquakes and tsunamis around the world (but again it doesn't give exact locations, except to say, "Ring of Fire").  I wondered if the web bot had anything to say about asteroids or meteors.

Unfortunately, I could not find anything on the web suggesting that the WEB BOT people are announcing any kind of meteor in 2009.

BUT, as I learned from listening to the WEB BOT people on the ART BELL (Coast to Coast) show, they don't tell us everything.

Anyhow.  I cannot confirm the coming of an asteroid/meteor to earth.

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

PARANORMAL FICTION

NON-FICTION

PSYCHICS

First, I'd like to write about psychics.  Most psychics use astrology and or tarot cards to perform their 'tricks', which talk in broad/vague terms, which can apply to a multitude of people in a variety of circumstances.  I've seen shows where alleged psychics displayed their abilities, without the use of periphery, such as astrological charts or tarot cards.  They just used their minds.  In 90% of the cases, I was not impressed.  There was this one show, where there was a competition between alleged psychics to perform on 'tests', and the winner was, I admit, very impressive.  I was not impressed by the abilities of the other contestants.  So, I believe that there are a select few people out there with a 'gift' or 'talent' (depending on how you look at it).  The rest are fakes.

I tried doing tarot both on myself and on others.  Firstly, I was impressed on how accurately I could 'dowse' my own situation using cards.  Then, when I tried it on another person, we both were impressed.  I think there might be something to it, as far as the past and the present is concerned, but I do not believe that it is accurate for future readings.  I've also delved into the I-Ching, and found it impressive.  I believe that when using tarot cards and/or I-Ching coins, it is important that the person having the reading done actually manipulate the cards / coins, thereby imposing their Chi upon the devices to be read.

CLAIRVOYANCE

The word comes from French, meaning "clear seeing", and yet in most cases one does not see anything.  It is generally a feeling.  I believe that we all have this ability, to sense (metaphysically)... to pick up vibes, even tens of thousands of miles away.  The perfect example is when you get that feeling that someone is looking at you and look up suddenly and sure enough, there is someone looking at you.  We tend to be 'in tune' to those with whom we know intimately, and more especially those who are related to us.  The classic case is the twin, who somehow knows that his/her counterpart many miles away is hurt or in trouble.  Another classic case is of a mother I knew, who somehow knew that her daughter was in trouble and went outside to find her daughter at the bottom of the pool.  Because of her clairvoyant experience, she was able to save her daughter's life.

REMOTE VIEWING

I've never heard of anyone having this ability, except maybe the late Edgar Cayce, but I believe he was a fraud.  I could be wrong.

I've heard of Buddhist monks that can travel in their 'astral' bodies and remotely view things and places.  Until I do it myself, I remain skeptical.  I have tried to do it myself, but I couldn't.  Perhaps, I wasn't doing it right.

Allegedly, there is a secret government organization, called "Black Ops", which does remote viewing for the government.  Could be.  There is a Hollywood movie about remote viewing, entitled: Suspect Zero.

UPDATE:  FEBRUARY 2, 2009

I JUST FIGURED OUT HOW TO USE MY THIRD EYE!  REMOTE VIEWING IS REAL!

ANYONE CAN DO IT.  IF I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU.  SEE ABOVE DOCUMENTATION.

EMPATHIC ABILITY

I believe that we all have this ability to a certain extent, and logically it follows that some people may have a more 'developed' empathic ability.  Never met a true 'empath', though.  Diana, from the Star Trek, Next Generation series was an empath.

TELEPATHIC ABILITY

We've all seen those shows where some guy comes on stage and claims to be able to read people's minds.  I believe that it is all staged.  I do not believe that anyone can read anyone else's mind.  We can read subtle body language.  We can read facial expressions.  And we might not even consciously be aware that we are reading the body language or facial expressions, but we do it.  It may seem like telepathy, but it's not.

There is one thing, that might in some way be considered a kind of telepathy.  I have, more times than I can count, simply thought of someone, and then they call; or I receive a letter from them the next day.  Amazing!  Is that not telepathy?

CHANNELING

I definitely believe that some self-proclaimed channelers are frauds.  I cannot say that all of them are frauds.  I saw this one Discovery Channel show about ghost-busting and the channeler in that show was pretty convincing, but then again, she may have been epileptic.

PSYCHIC DREAMING

Like in that show.... oh what's the name?   Yes:  Medium.

I don't believe in it.  I have made a twenty-year study of dreams and dream interpretation, which included an ethnographic study on myself and my dreams.  Not a single one dealt with the future.  Every single one dealt with the issues that were currently affecting me.

Post Script:  I do believe that the human mind will sometimes give dreams of a 'projected future' or a 'possible future', but in the end, we all have free agency, to control our own destinies.  Some of my dreams have told me what would happen if I continued on my current path.  I changed my path.

SEERSHIP

I've read about some people who allegedly can 'see' into the near future.  Edgar Cayce was one.  He even claimed to see in the distant past and the distant future.  (But, like I mentioned before; I believe him to have been a complete fraud).  Some people seem convinced that some other people have an uncanny ability to see the future.  I do not understand how anyone can have 'access' via any kind of perception to an event that has not transpired yet.  If it is truly possible (without using the stars) to foresee the future, then there may be law of physics that I do not understand (and I'm a physics teacher).  There is a branch of physics that I am not familiar with: quantum physics and there are some interesting things being done in that field.  Theoretically, (as in science fiction) there is a way to manipulate the time-space continuum.  In 'seeing' the future, one's mind would have to be able to manipulate the time continuum and make a 'leap' into the future.  Is it in the realm of possibility?  It might be.  My limited understanding of the universe and its laws, does not limit the possibilities, does it?  The jury is out on this one.

EXTRA-SENSORY PERCEPTION

I believe that extra-sensory perception (ESP) is a misnomer.  I believe that we all have a sixth sense.  Some people have a more 'in-tune' sixth sense than others.  For some, it might have come naturally.  For others, it had to be developed.  For still others, they might have 'stumbled upon' their innate ability by accident.  Whatever the case.  I believe that it is an actual sense, done with the brain.  Perhaps, I'll call it, the sense of mind.

***********************************

VIEWING OF AURAS (+ How to view auras)

I separate this section from the others, because it is not extra-sensory perception.  I believe that we all have the power to see auras, under the right circumstances.  I can see them, and I am nothing special.  I can teach you how to see them, too.

First of all, let's agree that science has proven that all matter emits some sort of electromagnetic radiation (some benign other malignant).  Living things emit photons of  visible light, some living things more than others.  Living beings that are healthy and in a mental state of joy or peace have by far the brightest auras, and are therefore the easiest to see.

I first discovered my ability by accident, and the funny thing was that I had no idea what I was looking at when I saw it the first time.  My father used to spend hours lecturing us kids when we got in trouble.  I was staring at my father, listening politely, not having to participate much, since his lectures were mostly monologues.  I kind of relaxed my eyes and "took in" the "bigger picture".  While my eyes were primarily focused on my father's eyes, I began to become conscious of my peripheral vision.  I saw a bright light emanating from all around my father's profile.  I was fascinated by my power to do this with my eyes (for I knew not that it was his aura at the time).  Suddenly, my father stopped his lecture abruptly, and commanded:  "Stop looking at me like that."

I have never seen my face when I look at auras, so I don't know what such a "look" looks like, but I've had others express their displeasure regarding my stare when I look at their auras.  It was actually many years later, when I would have the second aura-viewing experience.  It was in a Buddhist Temple, while practicing Zen, that I saw the brightest aura I have ever seen, before or since.  It came from a monk, who was studying Zen there.  Since then, I regularly see auras.

HOW TO SEE/VIEW AURAS:

Step 1:  Stare (preferably at a person or living being).  Stare for a long time.  Try relaxing your eyes, your focus.  Try moving your focus near and far.  Sometimes, this is all that is needed, you may eventually see the aura, without any more tutelage from me.

Step 2:  After experimenting with step one and having no results, I would suggest you practice with a candle.  Place a lit candle in a dark room.  Stare at the flame.  You will see some beams of light emanating from the flame.  That is not the aura, but they are the same light, only in concentrated beams.  Focus on the flame, but use your peripheral vision to look AROUND the flame.  You will then see a bright aura.  The KEY is using the peripheral vision (at first).  I have found that once I have perceived the aura with my peripheral vision, I can then look directly at it.

Step 3:  Try it on a person.  Probably best to get a partner who is willing to look at your aura, while you look at his/hers.  This way nobody gets "freaked out" and says, "Stop looking at me like that!"

COLORS OF AURAS:

At first, don't be surprised if you don't see any colors.  I didn't and don't see colors much, but I have seen blue and green.

The color of the aura signifies the state of mind.

For example, when one is trying to communicate, the aura will be blue, even if one is on the "receiving end" of communication.  The following website purports that cells phones affect the aura.  WRONG!  When one is in the act of communication, the aura will be blue.  What are cell phones used for?

http://aura.ph/

The same website purports that illness affects the aura.  That would not be entirely accurate.  The aura will be green when the body is in a state of repair or healing.  The illness doesn't cause the aura to change color, the body does... as a response to illness... when it heals itself.

In a NUTSHELL:

Blue:  Communication
Green:  Healing
Yellow:  Joy
Orange:  Thrill
Red:  Physical Love
Pink:  Emotional Love
Violet: Wholeness (physical + spiritual), One-ness
Magenta:  ...

This is what is said about the personality associated with magenta auras:

Magentas are rare and not commonly found on the planet these days. Magentas are the nonconformists in the aura spectrum. They are usually seen as bizarre loners. They see life from a different and unusual perspective. They don't choose to abide by society's mores, expectations or standards. They follow the beat of their own drummers.

Magentas love to shock people, to shake them from their ordinary, humdrum existence. For example, Magentas will walk down the street donning wild clothes and purple Mohawk hair cuts. Other people don't usually have the nerve or the desire to live the lifestyle of the Magentas .

Because of their outrageous behavior, Magentas prefer to live in large, crowded cities where they don't stand out as much and aren't pressured to conform. These free spirits aren't usually concerned about what others think, but in large cities they are more apt to have the freedom to express themselves.
